What if I don’t have a menstrual cycle or my cycle isn’t regular?Updated 5 months ago
If you don’t have a menstrual cycle, you can test at any time, including if you're postpartum or breastfeeding. If you're on hormonal birth control, testing can also be done at any time.
If you don’t have a cycle, simply stop supplements three days prior to testing and test on day three. If you have recently stopped hormonal birth control or if you’re breastfeeding, we recommend waiting until you've had at least three regular menstrual cycles, as these factors can affect your FSH levels.
